I’m new to Envato and am VERY frustrated with trying to download files. Unless it’s a short audio file, it takes 15 to 20 attempts to download anything! I experienced this with StoryBlock occasionally, but closing my browser and signing back in usually solved the problem. What’s the use of having a great collection of stock footage if you can’t download? Any suggestions?
