I bought theme Tripod in 2015 but I’ve not prepared the site. How can I download the newest version?

Hello. You can download the latest version of all your purchases at your downloads page. Make sure you’re logged into the same account you purchased the theme with.

But I don’t have any theme on my downloads page. Thats why I’m asking.

That means you’re not logged into the same account you purchased the theme with.

I’d recommend running a username recovery against any emails you may have used. If you still can’t find it, you’ll need to contact support with proof of purchase.
