Hi, I am trying to upload a wordpress theme, but none of the assets are populating like in the demo? Is there an extra step I have to take after I click install? The preview only shows a blank page. I would like to at least have the assets/text uploaded as placeholders.

Before demo import you have to do something like this:
- install theme.
- theme will recommend you to install recommend theme bundle plugins install and you have to install those plugins (plugins included witht the theme bundle).
- may be your theme will ask you to register the theme license for getting bundle plugins install features and for demo import. So, you have to register the theme using your purchase code or as theme required.
- then you will be able to import demo with all resources.
Please check the theme documentation hopefully you will get necessary help in documentation.
If you have still problem the best way to get the support is Contact your purchased theme Author. How to Contact Author and let them know because Item Author are best expert about their Item functionality. Don’t worry just contact Author. Author will be very happy to assist you.

I bought the premium package to have unlimited downloads. However, I’m only seeing the parent and child theme files within the .zip. This is the theme demo I would like to upload: http://swoop.themerex.net/?storefront=envato-elements
plugins is not included in theme download but if you follow the steps then you will be able to install plugins and import demo.
