Download vector no background

When i search for vector circle shine etc. There is a lot of watercolour with background. I don’t want to see them with watercolour in my search. Please i just want to download a circle gold shine so i can add photo in to a frame. When i use pixelmator i can just drag picture png inside and then erase inide and add photo.

When i download example water drops. I can’t remove background. I have try with AI, photoshop pixelmatr. I want to download and when i open picture i want to see layer. So i can drag and drop.

hi , about the search in search engine, not sure this is working but in the past if u were doing “-” before a word it was excluding it … for the second part , whether this is a vector or psd file, unless the item has ben flattened , normally u should be able to do it …
