Download not available - Can I ask for a refund?

Hi, I have 2 items in the downloads which are no longer available for download and they were removed for unknown reasons.

This basically means I can’t use them anymore or its not safe to use them, etc.

Can I ask for a refund for these 2 items? And how can I ask for a refund?

You can ask for the refund but you may not get one.
