The last item on the list ( page 8 ) the LAST THING I purchased.. and the
Sorter for the entire list doesn’t work at all! - There’s no place for an email to the WEBSITE to inform them of this problem. it’s as if this entire site is on Automatic and BROKEN!

Elements or marketplace?
Hello, for me in MarketPlace, from today, recent purchased products don´t appear in mydownloads.

Marketplace, The download is set for “Date Purchased” - clicking it doesn’t change sort order for the items - and as you can see in the picture… the LAST page is showing the LAST item I purchased, not the FIRST! -

Noticed this also on Themeforest… it started yesterday April 6 as far as I can tell. “Downloads” is showing items from oldest (templates I purchased years ago) on page 1 with the newest (most recent purchases) on pages 3-4. Trying to sort them by “Date Purchased” button doesn’t change the sorting order at all.

When I log in and go to My Downloads and click Sort by Last Purchase, this fails. The most recently purchased product isn’t updated. When I buy multiple licenses for the same product, it becomes more complicated, as it’s difficult to find the purchase code for each customer.
Is it possible that the list of purchased products isn’t updating quickly enough? Or maybe there’s a glitch and it’s not displaying properly?
This has happened to me before. If you buy the same product, for example, NexForms, and you have 12 purchases, it’s difficult to know which one is assigned to each customer.

A fix has gone in so hopefully it’s working now.
