You cannot do that. If you want to use it later, you will still have to valid “subscription”.
You cannot download now and use later…
The limitation is probably because you have downloaded “too many” items at the same time.

No one can help you here, wait for the ticket.
The important part is that you can’t download items and use them after your suscription has expired. Doesn’t matter if you’re downloading them at the same time, or one after another.
