i buy a new joomla template after i download it one time the download crash in the middle , i back to download the file again and i find this message "Whoops! Looks like you’ve already downloaded this item 20 times in the last 24 hours. That’s the daily limit! Come back in 24 hours to download it "
and im sure i download the file just one time .
please help me with this issue
I would suggest to contact the support but probably till you get a respond, already you would download the theme.
( seems you have posted this 6 hours ago, you just need to wait another 18 hours maybe less )
Did you use a download manager software e.g. IDM? If so then that can be the reason why the server thinks you’ve made multiple download requests. See this help article.
