Hello,

I’ve been trying to download an update to one of my themes for several days, but keep getting an error:

'…zip.part could not be saved, because the source file could not be read."

I have tried different browsers but it’s always the same. Chrome actually blocks me from downloading.
This has happened several times in the past, it’s actually a regular occurrence.

To add insult to injury, I am now getting the following message:

" Download not available Whoops! Looks like you’ve already downloaded this item 20 times in the last 24 hours. That’s the daily limit! Come back in 24 hours to download it again."

Can someone please explain why this is a constant issue, and more importantly, how can I access all of my downloads?

The best way to get this solution is Contact your purchased Theme Author and let them know what is going wrong with the download.

Don’t worry just contact Author. Author will be very happy to assist you.
