If you are using Avast and it detects malware in field_border.js and field_border.min.js files inside Redux Framework it’s a false positive that has already been corrected in the framework itself, just ask theme author to update Redux Framework.
If you are using some other antivirus or it’s not those files you should probably give more info about antivirus and what is being detected.
