Double billed $54 through paypal - not happy

Trying to get a refund from you before I start my client’s project since my account was double billed - being told I have to wait FOUR DAYS for a reply means my client is also waiting.

This is unacceptable.

If you already opened a support ticket then envato support team will reply you as quickly they can and hope within 3 business days.
