My item has just soft rejected. I got a comment which says: “Don’t force uppercase text, this should be user choice:”
I see a lot of themes that force uppercase because of it design. So what should I do? Remove all uppercases?

Trends and Requirements are always improved. Even if this is not listed on Requirements its a good suggestion made by the reviewer.
Think about this case: After purchasing your theme, customer wants to make the text from uppercase to normal. I’m sure it will ask you for support how to change that.
This way you can avoid this situation

Make a shortcode where user can select how to be.
Don’t use it and on the demo use UPPERCASE text instead
