Does my submission have to contain all the colors that I showed in the preview image?

I am talking about logos.
-Does my submission have to contain all the colors that I showed in the preview image? for example, if I showed my illustrate in different colors in preview image, Have I have to have those colors in my assets?

-Am I allowed to use artboards to Ai file?

-When I choose Layered in uploading (there, you shoud choose yes/no), What does it mean?

I’m not experienced as an author to answer the later two questions but on the first one - if it’s in the demo then, yes it needs to be in the download
