Does Envato allows including SDKs (AWS/Google/Azure) with the package?

Hello,

Our products run with AWS PHP SDK and I see that most of the customers don’t want to be bothered with installing and configuring SDKs, and then some of them complain in the reviews about these extra steps with bad reviews.

Does Envato allow including any SDKs (AWS, Google, Azure, etc) with the package at all?

I find it not efficient, since by the time a customer buys the product, that particular SDK version included in the package might not be up-to-date.
