If so - can you recommend the theme and the support?
I’ve read very different reviews about them…
Is the support good and prompt?

They are a team of several of the most experienced and respected authors in the marketplace.
As long as you have realistic expectations for support, what this includes, and expected response times as the author will suggest on an item page, then their Themes (we’ve used numerous ones) are a safe bet from a highly experienced team.
The slight danger with reviews is that (of course not every example) the issue someone complains about, perhaps comes from their own end/lack of experience, rather than the fault of the author.
