I have using the theme on my site, There are not found any functionality for docy theme

As you have no buyer badge, presumably you downloaded this from Elements so you will not be able to get author help.
There will be documentation in the download that should cover how to use the item
Bear in mind that neither version of this item on Element sis a WP theme - only HTML code which will require manual editing
