Documentation for Psd theme.

I have made theme for ONE PAGE in photoshop, But I have no knowledge about documentation for photoshop theme only. I have grabbed “Template” for documentation but I am confused.
Please guide me for this solution.

you need to tell like how the psd’s is organized, grid, font used etc.
