I’ve just bought the theme : Docpro - Doctors directory WordPress Theme by template_path | ThemeForest
It doesn’t work and I would like a refund.

Please tell me how to proceed

please can you tell us what is the actual problem with the theme?

Pages not loading, blank pages, duplicate page, theme not updated so not working. The theme is heavy so the website don’t even charge fully

So i would like to get a refund asap so i can continue my project
