Do we need to take the photos for the Mockup? or Can I download from the net?
You cannot just take photos of the internet.
You can use stock images or free ones from sites like Pixabay or Unsplash but the download version must only include placeholders and not the images used in the demo

Can’t judge without seeing them but it could well be part of the reason

hi pls choose some pictures with no copyright and just credit the concerned people , also do not forget tp take then out of the main file that people will download if they buy your item …
it may be part of the reason , certainly if they already judge that they are not too interested in the concerned file …
