Do we get email when downloading content from Envato Elements?

In the monthly subscription plan for Envato Elements, does Envato sends an email to ALL the downloads done from that account - which is there for Billing?

If yes, how do we stop it?

No, for downloading from envato elements you will not get email for each download. where envato market will send email (purchase confirmation) after each purchase.
