Got this pop-up on my account today that we must update our payout info to get the payout for the next month
When visiting the link on the pop-up, it redirects to how to get paid on Elements so does this apply to Market Earnings as well and we must update the payout method for the Market as well?
That new payout system is for Elements only.

Suzana is correct - the new payment system currently applies only to Elements, as that platform had fewer payment options than Market.
No changes for Market payout methods are required at this time. When that changes, we’ll let everyone know via email, forums, author dashboards and on-page messages.
