How is it when I buy a Wordpress theme with WHMC support?
I know that I will be selling hosting accounts. Do I have to buy a extend license or just buy a standard theme license?
I do not understand under this license. Please help.

Neither license allows use of a theme on more than one website or domain.
If you are just using a theme to host your business then regular is enough.
You cannot use a theme as part of a package where it is included to each customer buying hosting, under either license and would require an individual license per sale.
