Do I need to relicense for product screenshot?

Let’s say I’ve licensed the items I wanted to use in Envato Element for my product “Product MX”. Now on the ad, there’s a screenshot of the product where some of the items used from Element can be seen. Do I need to relicense? For example “Product MX ad”

each item downloaded from Envato Elements should to register for your project.

Meaning an ad of my product wouldn’t be considered as separate but part of the same project?
