Do i need to Refund this?

Sometimes i have something like Refund Request.

It was a mistaken purchase
I was just charged $15.00 for something…not sure what this is, but I would like to confirm that any account I have open with you to be closed ASAP. Thank you.

It may be something to do with support or training, but whichever it is please cancel it - thank you

No you do not need to refund him at all.

Send him to support. Sounds like somebody is using his account and/or created an account using his name/payment details without his knowledge (possible, but probably unlikely)… or he’s trying to pull a fast one. Either way, support should be able to help.
