Do I need Dreamhost's optional WP Website Builder?

I am preparing to do a fresh install of Avada on Dreamhost. When I go to easy install WordPress, it asks if I want the additional item:
Install WP Website Builder: This adds the [WP Website Builder] tool to your dashboard to help you build your site.

Should I install this? I don’t want to unless I need it. And, I don’t want it conflicting with the Avada builder.

I know I don’t need to install the other option: Deluxe Install: which includes other themes like Astra, and a few plugins.

You really don’t need to add any extra services ( paid services ) while purchasing the hosting.
If it’s free additional, it comes automatically. In addition to that, Avada comes with own builder. You won’t need the one at DH
