- fixed: “unknown hoster” message if it has not any e-mail
- hosters list updated
- added icons for WP 4.0 compatibility
In particular the “hosts without mail” fix is important to understand ones that should be managed manually through their websites. (of course if someone finds the real DMCA mail, would be great)
