I have noticed that Elementor and DIVI builder is calling the add_shortcode twice, can anybody explain why?

If it’s the same add_shortcode feature/function, one of the plugin may need an update. Contact the author for the support.

Again, if it’s the same add_shortcode notice/error, they are not compatible with each other. One of the plugin needs to be updated.
is not a notice the shortocode is executed twice.
