Hello Envato,
On the main theme or plugin description page, additionally to the amount of downloads, the star rating and the reviews etc. there should be an obligation to have an up to date changelog. It is a pain to search for the changelog all the time and many don’t publish it so it can be viewed and checked. The changelog is a kind of proof of (quality of) maintenance and is defiitely something important to show.

Thanks for your feedback. It’s good if envato ask changelog when author update items and they show changelog, It will be easy for customers @BenLeong @KingDog

Currently you can check item description or ask to author for changelog
