Unfortunately, I have already paid money several times for Wordpress themes.
Not a single one looks like it does on the demo pages.
Just problems and construction sites.
It’s not clear to me what products are sold here.
After three purchases worth over 200 euros, I’ve had enough.
No WordPress theme will look like a demo pages until dummy content is installed.
The process is very likely to be covered in the theme documentation.
In most cases stock images etc used in the demos will be replaced with place holders as authors do not have permission to redistribute these.

All plugins installed.
Then installed the demo files.
And then ??

Without seeing everything and the item it’s very hard to advise but you shouldn’t be having to edit .ini or config files unless you need to adjust memory etc.
What are the links to items which you have bought?
Your best option would be to contact the author
If you are having problems with your purchased themes, then you need to contact the author of each theme who will be the best ones to help you.

It is a defective product.
Out of three themes, only one works correctly.
Of course support, support everywhere.
But why?
Your question has been answered. If you have an issue with a theme (in your case a car) then you need to contact the author of your theme, or get back and see the seller of the car!
It does not mean that a product is defective - what happens if you don’t know how to drive a car? Does that mean the car is defective?
Contact the author and if you are entitled to support then they will help you.

I think the business model is not selling the theme. But the dependency on support.
A small problem is generated after every update of Wordpress and when the 6 months are up, you have to pay more.
That’s the business model and I don’t like it.
Because even if I can’t drive, I’m not stupid.
