Hi. Envato I am checking Some of Old Unused accounts still have items but no response since 2+ years. Buyers are frustrating because there is no response for them.
Why you don’t disable their accounts, if they not logged in 1+ year.
Think about New Buyers and authors, Buyers don’t always check the date of item and item compatibles.
Sorry – i think its not clear. but hope you get the point.
(update) send warning messages to them to check their items for imp updates or errors
