I would suggest disabling option to review the item after refund request is made, now it’s just pure bullying. User submits refund request, then 5 minutes later submits 1 star review…
My user asked to be refunded because he thought the plugin (a wp gallery) couldn’t use custom titles and descriptions. I declined the refund explaining this plugin has this featured and how to add custom titles and descriptions.
24 hours later I got 1 star and I wasn’t surprised at all. So I guess I probably accept all refund requests to avoid this kind of punishment. 1 star is more harmful than loosing 17$.
