Disabled item issue because of the name duplication - need help.

Hi,

I need to bring this to the attention of the Envato team. Today, our item The Epic Corporative Technology was soft disabled due to the following reason stated in the notification email:

“You already have an item with this title in your portfolio. Duplicate titles are not allowed. Please change the title, and the item will be re-enabled. Thank you for understanding.”

This issue happens occasionally due to the large volume of items in our portfolio and the search engine’s heavy reliance on item titles rather than tags. However, after carefully reviewing our portfolio, I couldn’t find an item with the exact same title—similar ones, yes, but not an identical match.

I have no idea why this item was taken offline. I have already updated the title as requested, but it has been in the queue for 11 hours now and is also disabled on Elements. This is quite unusual.

Maybe I missed something, but I have double-checked all our track names. @KingDog or @BenLeong, could you please assist? I have sent personal messages, but it seems everyone is busy, and Envato support has been extremely slow these days.

Is this the disabled item you mentioned in your post? It appears to be active.

Approved today. Fun fact - there was no name duplication. It was disabled by error
