Did not receive renewal email notice so wrong credit card was taken

This is a deeply annoying outcome. I get 4-5 emails a week from Envato selling me something, but not a single one (to the very same email address) telling me my annual subscription renewal is coming due.

I had wanted to change the payment method and figured I get a notification. But nothing. The only way I even know it happened was a notification from the payment source that one had been processed. I don’t even have an invoice or confirmation that it was paid.

Take this as feedback: ANNUAL RENEWALS SHOULD GET A WARNING BEFORE YOU CHARGE HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS.

To date I have not received any correspondence about the annual renewal, not even a THANK YOU.
