Did anyone sell their domain name on Godaddy?

I am planning to sale my domain name for a fixed price on Godaddy. I don’t have paypal so i will use their option of wire transfer.
Here is what i wanted to know :

  1. Does any one have similar experience of sellling domain name by godaddy using wire transfer for payment solution?

  2. In one of their FAQ they say for transaction of domain more than $5000 they use escrow and else they do it. In other forum people are saying that its for prices over $1000. Does anyone know which is correct? I will try to contact their chat support as well. But its difficult getting their support. Plus i wanted to know the experience of others in general.

I would also appreciate any advice.
