Hi guys I have a problem with a developer I bought script, his script fails to install he does not respond to my emails
The script uses installation wizard, is the a way codecanyon deal with this matters as I spend my money on this product
And now I do not know what to do with this matter…
The support should be provided ( if any ) by the item author. Please, also note that the installation is not covered by the support as well.
Developer mentioned he offered installation almost all buyers are facing the same error where his script does not work and his not very good in customer care to be honest.
His documentation should have offered installation instruction , both manual and auto install
You need to solve the problem ( for free ) with the author. You can post a comment at the item page ( description / comments ) section - usually they reply faster
