The lighting used on the mockup might be the reason behind the rejection. You can always ask the envanto quality team they will be more than happy to explain.
But in other acceptance it is so
I feel like the aesthetic features of your design are highly dependent on the images. So when they are not available in the actual file some aesthetic features may be cut down. The design ti self should be quality without images in the preview. Hope it will help
