I think this should be approved . Beacuse there aren’t better themes in this category + nowadays some themes are approved which are designs is worse than this theme’s design.

From what i learn here, is not important that a theme with worst design is approved.
Important is that your theme have to bring something new in design, effects, better quality.
In my opinion and im sorry to say, your theme ia not ready for wp.
You need to improve header, footer, sections with nice effect on hover, subtext from slider, in header ia not that clear and menu font etc
