Look in your downloads page www.themeforest.net/downloads (assuming you are logged in) and there should be license info there which might help identify the associated email
i have a similar problem. I have accidentally deleted my install without de-registering, now i cannot reinstall.
How do i reset my purchase code? TIA
You can’t reset the p/code - you’d have to reach out to the author. If you are outside support then use the form on their profile
