Demo URL is actually working but when I added into Demo Field then it is not working for Envato?

Hi everyone,
The demo is working fine https://demo.mailcarry.com but when I added this to my item “Demo URL” then Envato says it never loads, why this is happening??

Can you share a link to the item in question so we can troubleshoot?

Currently, the item is considered as “Soft Rejected” due to Reason:

Hi @premiersol,

I’m not sure what the trouble is – it loads okay for me. I see it’s back in the review queue; it should get picked up again soon and hopefully cleared. I’ll try to find out what the issue was.
