Deleting some content on YogaStudio

Hi there,

I just installed the theme “YogaStudio” at http://marta.almegard.com but am kind of new at this. How can I delete som things on the start page? For an example; I don´t want to have “Yoga is your natural state” and the things below. Also I don´t want “Upcoming Yoga Workshop in the City”, “The Main Reasons to Practice Yoga:”. But I want to keep “Our Classes” (just want to translate it). Anybody who can help me? :slight_smile:
