Welcome to the forums! It’s kinda difficult to answer without knowing what theme and plugins you are using and having access to the website. If your theme was purchased on ThemeForest, here’s how to contact it’s author for support:
If you’ve purchased the theme somewhere else and are struggling with setting things up, you may consider hiring a professional from Envato Studio.
