How do i deactivate current license?

Envato doesn’t have any system for activating or deactivating licenses. Any such system is implemented by the author of your item, so that’s who you’ll need to contact.
Envato is just a marketplace – you would contact them regarding a billing issue for example. On the other hand, the “author” is who made your theme and you should contact them for support with the theme/activation/etc.
