im currently using outdated TheGem theme with wpbakery but i want to upgrade to elementor, how do i deactivate my current license and and use it for the new elementor website?

Hi Oliver. I bought the theme and never used it on the first website I wanted to create. Right now I don’t remember the data I have to enter to deactivate. I have all the documentation but the theme forest name is not validop, I can’t deactivate it. Is there any other way? I need to use that theme for another website that I want to do now
I don’t understand what team fortress name I should put. None of them work for me, neither email nor my name nor the current nik name the one I have now
