as a result of a problem I had to restore the database of my website. Unfortunately, the theme activation code has not been kept. This morning I wanted to activate it by resuming my Item Purchase Code: I had an error message telling me that this code was already used. : '(
How can I use all the features of my theme again without buying a new license?

Easy one - go to theme page on Envato. Once there, look for Support tab. Finally, follow the instructions.

Nothing in support tab about my problems. My support is expired…
Oh, that makes sense then… In other hand, the support tab should also contain a link to renew support contract, so it’s still your only way 
(because Envato team won’t be able to assist you on this, and only author will be able to solve it).
