Hello everyone,
One of my customers wants to modify some code level changes and also he modified our application totally. I need to give support for it or is there any policies there? I mean if the code is customized then the support will not be valid like. Because still he asking code level changes questions to me. In this case how can i help him. It is eating my time lot. I need to revise his code then only i can understand what he done. then only i can help him. Without any charges how we can provide these types of support? Please help me on it.
