I am a new user on this site. I picked my video from "After Effects - Openers"and before paying for it, I would like to know how to customize it?
Can I customize it before the purchase or should I be able to customize after the purchase of the video? I don’t see any instruction for new users…

hi of course not … u can only customize once u have bought, once u open the file and so on , otherwise this would basically mean that u are asking for an individualized and customized item from the author and in this case ether is no way anybody can accept the kind of price that are being offered here …
sorry forgotten to mention i think that the first thing that u should do is contacting the author of the item that u are interested in …
