I bought the WellExpo - Event & Conference Theme and would like to do the following changes to it.
We need to be able to fully customize the event schedule/ timetable with our event colours. But certain colours still default to the theme. How can we change the green outer glow, as well the gradient that overlays on the images of the teams or speakers?
Almost certainly requites editing to the CSS but your best option is to ask the author

Changes like that are not likely to be in theme settings. they will requite you to modify the CSS code of the website which controls the styling/look/feel of the relevant things that you want to change.
this is probably not very difficult to do but you should contact the author who will be able to advise in more detail.
