Customer Support Is Horrendous and Broken Live view for weeks!

Wish I knew where to get a refund. Customer Support is Non-Existent. Shopify should drop this merchant .My web developer couldn’t even get started on a project because the theme I purchased has a broken link and it’s been broken for 2 weeks already.
