Customer still uses my theme

Merry Christmas community!

I have a question regarding refund policy.
I gave a refund to one of my customers last week, informed him to remove my theme from his online store.
Today I got a support request from him and he is still using my theme and getting revenue.
How can I handle this problem?

Hi @flexkit,

As you have already refunded then the theme license has revoked. So, the customer are not eligible to get any support and download the theme update. Just you can tell them that if they need support from you then they must have to purchase the license.

It seems it’s a little more than just revoked license since the customer is still using the theme. I think it’s better to aim for a DMCA claim to shut down that website if the customer is reluctant to cooperate. What do you think?
