Site was working and out of nothing i get this error, i cant activate my theme and now my complete site is crashed, i contacted my hosting, and the creator of the theme and the tell me to contact you

Please help me out, the theme i use is boombox for wordpress

Hi,

Envato API personal token:

You can generate Envato API personal token here . Please make sure you set required Token permissions. It may prompt you to sign into your Envato account

Before you create a new token the following 3 permissions should be selected from the list of permission available on the Token page.

  1. View and search Envato sites (checked by default)
  2. Download the user’s purchased items
  3. List purchases the user has made

I did this but when I enter the token I get the same error

This is a DNS issue on your server. Contact your web host, only they can fix it.
